- Processing the daily transaction of the PS section in accuracy, properly and within TAT
- Printing and checking correspondence/endorsement letter before sending to customer
- Coordinating with other departments to process related PS issues
- Participating actively in development of PS procedure/ special projects effectively and timely
- Reviewing and working with related departments for enhancing systems, build up new products
- Following up and supporting team member to complete test plan effectively
- Handling other tasks as requested by the management
Qualifications
- Qualification: University/College graduated
- At least 2 year experience in relevant position
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices, experience in customer service, insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
