We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead to join our Virginia Beach team, ensuring boutique fitness studios are maintained to the highest level.
This part-time role is ideal for individuals who thrive working independently overnight and are comfortable managing cleaning operations and logistics. As part of a two-person team, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of client studios, while also overseeing supply inventory and team coordination.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deep clean boutique fitness studio spaces, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
- Take before and after photos at each visit to document results
- Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality
- Clock in and out at each location using a mobile app
- Lead duties: inventory cleaning supplies, place restocking orders, manage cleaner attendance, and coordinate same-night replacement coverage as needed
