What You’ll Be Contributing:

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of application developers, analysts, and platform administrators, ensuring effective prioritization, skill development, and reliable delivery of application support and enhancements.
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple application domains, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence and data analytics that enable enterprise decision‑making, alongside reporting platforms, customer relationship management systems, and application lifecycle and service management tools.
Be accountable for the end‑to‑end outcomes of assigned business applications, ensuring operational stability, functional integrity, and alignment with business needs, in partnership with subject matter experts as required.
Act as the primary point of accountability between business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into viable, supportable application solutions.
Oversee application support, maintenance, and enhancement activities, balancing operational continuity with ongoing improvements.
Manage third‑party application service providers, ensuring quality of service, delivery accountability, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Support the implementation of application changes and their transition into operations, ensuring appropriate controls, standards, and processes are respected.

What Sets You Apart:

5+ years of experience working with enterprise business applications, including operational support and enhancements.
Experience leading or coordinating application, technical, or functional teams.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of how enterprise applications support end‑to‑end business processes.
Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, ticketing/service management systems, and relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server).
Experience leading, maturing, or scaling business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms is considered a strong asset.
Experience managing or working with third‑party vendors or service providers.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
