Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Support and promotes the mission, values, and principles of Powernet.
? Coordinate marketing projects within the marketing team as well as other Powernet departments.
? Plan and manage events, including trade shows and Powernet on-site hosted events. Will also research
swag for these events.
? Provide research for white papers, blog articles, and other content focused on industry insight.
? Write and distribute internal communications.
? Track, gather, and fill out information for company award applications.
? Provide ongoing project analytics, including detailed SEO tracking, blog statistics, email, and social media
metrics.
? Develop and execute content strategy for social media and external communications.
? Manage budget and invoice process.
? Participate in brainstorming, strategy, and planning sessions with the Powernet marketing team.
? Write press releases, update brochures, write blog posts, and upload content to websites.
? Perform complex marketing product analysis as needed.
? Create, write, and gather information for the company quarterly newsletter.
? Compile RFP/RFQ’s to ensure proper format, required documents, and information is provided.
? Manage internal documentation resource hub.
? Create and manage outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
? Create and manage website and landing pages.
? Coordinate and order branded employee materials (apparel, business cards, etc.).
Requirements
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
? A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred
? 1 year of marketing experience
? Strong writing and grammatical knowledge
? Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite programs (e.g., Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and/or other
publishing programs.
