achievement of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
COLEAD manages development projects in the agricultural and food sector in low
and low-middle income countries, financed by donors (mainly the European
Union). More information is available on our
website.

In line with COLEAD’s 2030 strategy and its
ambition to foster an international, impact-driven movement contributing to the
sustainable transformation of food systems—particularly in countries and
regions where development needs are greatest—this role focuses on strengthening
digital engagement, expanding outreach, and connecting a growing global
community of partners, practitioners and stakeholders.

As a result, COLEAD is looking for a Digital Communications Expert, based in

and analysis on regulatory developments affecting agri-food trade between the

communication campaigns.

In parallel, the role supports the design and
implementation of digital communication activities for COLEAD and its
programmes more broadly, contributing to the development and delivery of
strategic communication plans and digital engagement initiatives. Key
responsibilities include content creation, social media management, digital
campaigns, multimedia production, analytics, and identifying new opportunities
to strengthen COLEAD’s visibility and influence. Working closely with the
Information & Communication Department and programme teams, the Digital
Communications Expert ensures that communication outputs are aligned with
COLEAD’s communication strategy, programme objectives, and broader strategic
