- Ability to design targeted intervention plans aligned with MTSS/RTI frameworks.
- Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs, English learners, and those performing below grade level.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, special education staff, counselors, and administrators to support student success.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with families regarding student progress, intervention plans, and support strategies.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, progress monitoring data, and compliance with school or district policies.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive, supportive relationships with middle-school�aged students.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple intervention groups and maintaining detailed student records.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid state teaching license with appropriate endorsements in Special Education, Reading, or Intervention Services (as applicable).
- Evidence of ongoing professional learning in instructional strategies, intervention frameworks, or adolescent development.
- Demonstrated experience working with middle school students in both individual and small-group instructional settings.
