About the Role

We are seeking a senior product & program leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our advanced vapor chamber thermal solutions supporting high‑performance computing, AI, power electronics, and next‑generation devices.

What You Will Do

  • Lead product strategy, portfolio planning, and lifecycle management for vapor chamber technologies.
  • Translate customer and market needs into differentiated product roadmaps and scalable platforms.
  • Partner with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to bring new technologies into high‑volume production.
  • Drive early customer engagement with Sales/FAE teams to secure design wins and new applications.
  • Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs from feasibility through qualification, ramp, and mass production.
  • Evaluate and develop new manufacturing partners and manage design/process transfer.

What You Bring

  • Strong product management and program leadership experience in advanced hardware, thermal solutions, electronics, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional programs and influence global stakeholders.
  • Technical depth in thermal systems or vapor chamber technologies is highly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive technology adoption.

Qualifications

  • STEM degree
  • MBA as add-on qualification or alternative business experience
  • 10+ years of professional work experience including 3+ years in a product management, marketing and/or commercial function.
  • P&L experience, strong analytic capabilities, financial acumen
  • Strategic mindset, sense of urgency/accountability, result orientation
  • Ability to lead by influence and work across cultures, good communication and teamwork approach
  • Agile and ability to quickly adapt to new subjects & challenges
