
Title: Maintenance Technical Services (MTS) Inspection Supervisor

Focus: The MTS Inspection Supervisor leads a team dedicated to enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing long-term costs. This role is responsible for managing and executing all mechanical integrity inspections within the assigned area.
Maintenance Technical Services Inspection Supervisor Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise inspection and NDT workload in assigned areas, including Turnaround and Daily Maintenance work.
- Oversee monthly compliance inspections, encompassing planning, execution, verification, and documentation. Provide technical support for mechanical integrity inspection and repair-related operations.
- Plan and coordinate inspection resources to support plant outages. Serve as focal point for inspection related activities during turnarounds and special projects.
- Function as the primary contact for inspection personnel, communicating decisions to the broader maintenance team. Mentor, coach, and develop the inspection team while fostering collaboration, engagement, and a culture of accountability.
- Maintain and manage equipment data, deficiencies, and inspection recommendations within the assigned area using PCMS and SAP systems.
- Travel to support other Olin sites and project/turnaround work as needed.
Maintenance Technical Services Inspection Supervisor Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience and 5 years of API inspection experience; 15 years of relevant inspection experience and 10 years of API inspection experience preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in applications in the chemical/petrochemical industry; Chlor-Alkali and Epoxy equipment experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a coaching or indirect leadership role.
- API 510, API 570, API 653, and AWS CWI certifications.
- Strong knowledge of NDT methods; NDT, UT and PT certifications strongly preferred.
- Willing and able to travel to support other Olin sites and project/turnaround work.
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.
