    Lewis-Palmer Elementary School is looking for a full-time Gifted Education Facilitator for the 2026-2027 school year.   Must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsement. Must be a strong team player, responsible for coordinating all aspects of differentiated programming to meet the needs of students who demonstrate obvious potential for in-depth advanced academic work.  Must have a solid foundation in gifted education, differentiated instruction, and collaboration with staff. Master's degree in G/T or curriculum & instruction preferred.  The successful candidate will have a higher order of thinking skills and be familiar with the needs of gifted students. The start date for new teachers in the District is July 31, 2026.

    Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting.  As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550 - $75,279. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
