Your responsibilities will include
Execute the Trade Marketing Plan.
Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
Create a strong vision for the area focus on merchandising, promotion, relationship and training
Ensure all trade marketing information and reports including floor-share, price and competitor reports.
Build effective working relationships with trade partners.
Understand and manage budgets efficiently. Recollect and process invoices / credit notes for Marketing actions.
Other assigned responsibilities form the area.
Lead the field area for the region developing the following initiatives:
Trade Marketing pillars development & execution.
People Management to guarantee alignment and engagement.
POS meetings with Sales and Marketing teams
POS information consolidation
Manage tactical activities
Minimum requirements
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, and Economics.
Professional Experience: 1 -2 years of progressive proven experience in trade marketing
Language: at least 50% English knowledge
Travel: 40% throughout the country
Preferred skills and experiences
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communications skills.
Advanced/expert level in Microsoft Office applications, preferably in Excel and PowerPoint.
People management experience is a must
Passionate, motivated, and creative attitude.
