  • Analyze functional specifications and identify root causes for issues in air system components (EGR, turbocharger, throttle valve, intake flap, VVT).
  • Perform calibration and validation of air system components on engine test benches and vehicles.
  • Monitor and interpret dynamic system behavior (overshoot, undershoot, static error).
  • Develop control strategies to improve system and component performance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive test and validation plans.
  • Install ECU software and calibration packages to enable testing and validation.
  • Conduct fault diagnostics through induced errors and adjust parameters accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Computer Science.
  • English language – mandatory, minimum conversational level.
  • Basic technical understanding or strong interest in automotive technology.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
  • Valid driving license, minimum 1 year of driving experience.
  • Strong skills in signal analysis, root cause identification, and problem-solving.Motivation, reliability, and attention to detail.
