Givaudan Active Beauty is looking for a dynamic and motivated Intern Events Project Manager  to support the planning and execution of our key events from September 2026 to September 2027.
You will work closely with the Events Project Manager to deliver high-quality experiences across international trade shows, internal events, VIP evenings, and client activations.

 

This apprenticeship is ideal for a final-year student eager to develop hands-on experience in premium event management within the beauty and innovation industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

●    Assist in the coordination and operational management of events (trade shows, internal events, client events, VIP party).
●    Support project planning, timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination.
●    Contribute to production follow-up, and event preparation materials.
●    Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, communication) to ensure smooth information flow.
●    Support the on-site execution of events in France.
●    Participate in post-event analysis and reporting.
●    Ensure all deliverables meet our standards of excellence, detail, and brand consistency.

 

Profile We Are Looking For

●    Master’s degree student (Bac +5) looking for a 6-month final-year internship.
●    Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
●    Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
●    Strong interpersonal skills – positive, sociable, and comfortable collaborating in multicultural environments.
●    Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
●    Interest in the beauty, luxury, or event management industries is a plus.
●    Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
