We are seeking a motivated and personable Program Manager to lead and oversee an interdisciplinary team within our developmental disability program. You will play a key role in supervising, assigning, and evaluating the work of staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do:

 

  • Assist the Program Administrator in overseeing daily program operations and implementation of program plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
  • Conducts audits of ISPs, utilization reviews, case notes, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timelines.
  • Assists with pre-survey reviews and corrective action efforts to maintain audit readiness.
  • Coordinates with Program Managers to support staff and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provides training and ongoing guidance to staff related to person-centered planning and service coordination.
  • Assists in monitoring services provided to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.

·         Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and program coordination activities.

·         Assists in collecting, tracking, and analyzing program data; prepares reports as required.

·         Supports budget monitoring and expenditure tracking in alignment with program allocations.

·         Collaborates with community partners, providers, and stakeholders to support program success.

·         As needed, manages a limited caseload of clients.

·         Participates in meetings, trainings, and other agency activities.

·         Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides guidance and support to Program Managers, Support Coordinators, and program staff.
  • Assists with staff onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Support oversight of staff productivity, service hour standards, and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

All you need for success:

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW), Human Services, or equivalent human services degree; OR
  • Registered nurse (licensed)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in case management or human services.
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience in Developmental Disabilities or Targeted Case Management.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program coordination.
  • Supervisory or leadership support experience.

 

An equivalent combination or relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
