Job Description

We are actively hiring for the position of Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition, for our location in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Lead with Data. Drive Growth. Shape Acquisition Strategy.

Be part of a fast-growing e-commerce company and leave your mark. We're looking for an analytically driven Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across key channels. This is not just a campaign management role — you'll be expected to think critically, dig into data, identify patterns, and translate complex findings into clear, high-impact strategies.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in creative, product, pricing, and analytics, and you'll need to be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a strategy meeting. If you thrive on turning ambiguous data into confident decisions and measurable results, this role was built for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Make data driven decisions to improve performance based on proven data analysis and logical skills
  • Diagnose problems with root cause analysis and recommend viable short and long term solutions
  • Own full-funnel acquisition strategy with a clear understanding of how top-of-funnel activity connects to downstream revenue and LTV
  • Independently analyze large datasets to surface trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop forward-looking recommendations
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests; interpret results with statistical confidence and apply learnings systematically
  • Build structured, insight-driven reports and present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams translating data insights into creative briefs, budget decisions, and channel strategy
  • Own day-to-day paid marketing operations, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Acquisition

What We're Looking For

This role requires a highly analytical, logical thinker who can move fluidly between granular data and big-picture strategy. Specifically, you should bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis
  • Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns at scale
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and similar platforms — you should be able to build custom reports, identify attribution issues, and draw meaningful conclusions independently
  • Advanced Excel skills — comfort with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and working with large, messy datasets is a must
  • A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving — you test assumptions, measure outcomes, and iterate deliberately
  • Strong data storytelling skills — the ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with statistical thinking in the context of test design and performance evaluation (understanding significance, confidence intervals, sample sizing)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without losing analytical rigor
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field — a background that reflects comfort with numbers is strongly preferred

What You Will Get

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K with company match
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Employee discounts across all products
  • Company-sponsored conferences, training, and learning opportunities
  • Career growth and development focus
  • A seat on a diverse, collaborative, and data-driven marketing team
  • The opportunity to make a measurable impact at a trusted industry leader
