Job Description
The Shared Services Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all scheduling and administrative details of Contact Center training. They works with the Contact Center Leads to set goals, assess Training & QA Specialist and Facilitator performance, and provide feedback for improvement. They are also responsible for assessing Training & QA Specialist and Facilitator KPI stats, training Contact Center Specialists & Facilitators, and coaching as needed. The Shared Services Training Coordinator participates in developing the training program by using statistics and assessments to improve the training program and Agent performance while collaborating with the Call Center Training Development Team, QA Coordinators, Vendor Coordinators, and Contact Center Supervision. The Shared Services Training Coordinator acts as a resource on systems and procedures.

Qualifications
• Possesses a high school education or equivalent.
• Possesses two to three years of experience as a Contact Center Representative.
• Possesses two to three years of training experience.
• Possesses two to three years of reporting experience
• Possesses two to three years of effectively working with agents of all levels/skills
• Possesses one year of leadership experience
• Able to troubleshoot for optimum PC function.
• Able to troubleshoot software issues.
• Possesses an operational knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Able to operate a PC with basic operational knowledge of Customer Service and Credit screens.
• Possesses two to three years of experience as a Contact Center Representative.
• Possesses two to three years of training experience.
• Possesses two to three years of reporting experience
