We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Talent Coordinator to join our growing influencer marketing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of influencer relationships, assist in campaign execution, and help ensure that our talent roster runs smoothly across all active projects. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Coordinate contracts, deliverable timelines, and payment processing for influencer talent.
• Maintain and update the internal talent database, tracking key performance data, audience demographics, and content history.
• Liaise with internal teams including creative, legal, and finance to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Monitor influencer content submissions for compliance with brand guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Assist in onboarding new talent, including briefing influencers on brand expectations and campaign requirements.
• Track deliverable deadlines and follow up proactively to avoid delays.
• Support campaign reporting by gathering influencer-side metrics and compiling performance summaries.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with CRM or talent management platforms is a plus.
