Job Description:

We’re looking for a Graphic Specialist I to support our manufacturing operations by preparing, managing, and maintaining production artwork. In this role, you’ll work with customer-supplied files, ensure accuracy and quality, and help keep orders moving smoothly through the production process. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare and adjust production-ready artwork, including single and multi‑color PDF proofs
  • Retrieve, manage, upload, and maintain electronic image files across multiple manufacturing systems
  • Adjust or recreate customer-supplied artwork to meet product and layout specifications
  • Communicate with customers to clarify artwork requirements and resolve specification questions
  • Update and maintain order records within graphic maintenance and NMAN systems
  • Provide backup support to other graphics teams as needed
  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production quality or data issues
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in team projects

Tools You’ll Use

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Microsoft Office

Work Environment & Collaboration

  • Frequent collaboration with order fulfillment, call center, and internal production teams
  • Works under the direction of a Department Manager while following established quality standards and best practices
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two-year art-related degree or 1+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Experience with graphic production; web experience is a plus
  • Strong file and digital asset management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and data accuracy
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to proof, QA, and verify artwork against client and vendor specifications
  • Working knowledge of best practices for digital asset optimization
Additional Information:

Compensation Range: $18.00-$19.75 hourly
