A Brief Overview
Provide comprehensive HR partnership including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, data management, and policy implementation. Address complex employee relations issues with a diverse scope, focusing on developing partnerships with directors and managers. Contribute to HR strategy, leads workforce planning, and champions Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives.



What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

  • Handle intricate employee relations matters, applying a deep understanding of policies and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution
  • Drive workforce planning strategies and collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs
  • Initiate and manage HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance
  • Partner with the center of excellence teams to develop and implement HR programs
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategies to support business strategy and Diversity and Inclusion efforts
  • Advise business leaders to ensure competitive compensation and internal equity
  • Provide counsel on Talent Acquisition strategy


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Human Resources Management required or
  • Bachelors Related Field required
  • 4+ Years human resources related experience required
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI preferred or
  • Certified Professional (CP) - SHRM preferred

Additional Requirements

  • 5% As needed for conferences and offsite meetings.
