  • Prep & Package – Get packaging materials ready, pack finished products, and ensure everything is properly labeled.

  • Keep It Clean – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Operate & Assist – Run production machinery or help with setups.

  • Stay Alert – Monitor equipment and product flow; report issues immediately.

  • Handle With Care – Lift, load, and move raw materials and finished goods (using machines or manual methods).

  • Inspect & Record – Check products against quality standards and record key details like size, color, and rigidity.

  • Support the Team – Jump in where needed and help keep the line running smoothly.
