JOB SUMMARY

The Company Trainer is responsible for operating the day-to-day execution of the company’s Training & Development system. This role ensures that training programs are organized, delivered, tracked, and continuously improved so employees develop the capabilities required to perform their roles effectively. The Trainer coordinates with department leaders and subject matter experts to deliver structured development programs that support workforce capability, project execution, and company growth. The Trainer ensures the system runs consistently and effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–7 years of experience in training, workforce development, operations, or a related role
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Experience facilitating group instruction, workshops, or structured learning sessions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both field and office personnel
  • Comfortable organizing information, processes, and program logistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and common business software
  • Comfortable facilitating group discussions and instruction
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage development of training modules with support from the subject matter experts
  • Lead training sessions with support from the subject matter experts
  • Scheduling training sessions
  • Preparing session materials
  • Coordinating instructors and SMEs
  • Managing registrations and attendance
  • Ensuring the correct audience is invited to each program
  • Confirming facilities, equipment, and virtual platforms are prepared
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Leadership experience in a field environment.
  • Experience in the construction industry
