Job Description

Build the proposals that power the grid.
Paradigm Power Delivery is growing fast and we’re looking for a Proposal Coordinator who wants to play a direct role in winning high‑voltage electrical projects across the power delivery industry. This is a key role partnering with company leaders to help shape pursuits, communicate technical expertise, and secure work that keeps the lights on.

If you thrive in deadline‑driven environments, enjoy translating technical information into compelling proposals, and want to grow with a company expanding its power delivery footprint, this could be a career‑defining opportunity.

What You’ll Do

As Proposal Coordinator, you’ll manage the full proposal lifecycle for utility and power delivery pursuits — from RFP review through final submittal — ensuring submissions are compliant, competitive, and compelling.

What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end development of proposals for high‑voltage electrical projects
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, and utility procurement documents to identify requirements, client priorities, and win strategies
  • Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans
  • Coordinate closely with Business Development, estimating, engineering, project management, operations, safety, and leadership
  • Draft, edit, and organize proposal content, including:
    • Employee bios and resumes
    • Project experience
    • Safety and quality narratives
    • Schedules, work plans, and value propositions
  • Customize proposals to align with specific client standards, formats, and evaluation criteria
  • Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Support pre‑qualification packages and pursuit tracking
  • Track proposal performance, win/loss results, and lessons learned
    • Participate in post‑award and post‑bid reviews to improve future pursuits
  • Support go/no go meetings for new opportunities
  • Limited travel may be required for client meetings or presentations
