VP Racing

Logistics Coordinator
Description

Fueling Success in this Role:

VP Racing is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to anchor scheduling and freight operations at our Elmendorf, TX facility. You’ll be the central point of coordination keeping fuel and product moving between our regional facilities, customers, and carriers - directly impacting on-time delivery, production flow, and customer satisfaction.

This isn’t a desk-bound scheduling job. You’ll own a master calendar that touches every part of our supply chain, partner daily with trucking companies and regional warehouses, and make the calls that keep VP’s operations running at full throttle.

If you thrive on organization, precision, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, this role offers real ownership and visibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule all inventory transfer orders from regional facilities and maintain an accurate master calendar
  • Ensure all orders are scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to meet operational timelines
  • Release scheduled orders to the appropriate departments for fulfillment
  • Partner with regional warehouses to manage order adjustments and updates
  • Coordinate with multiple trucking companies for timely pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Manage daily LTL pickups across multiple freight carriers
  • Arrange customer pickups and coordinate with VPTC and external bulk carriers
  • Schedule all bulk orders for both customers and regional operations
  • Release bulk orders to the Pump Slab for processing and shipment
  • Schedule incoming purchase orders from multiple vendors, including LTL and TL shipments
  • Support the broader Billing & Shipping team with additional duties as needed

Why Should You Join Our Team?
