Position: Lead Plumbing Installer

Purpose:
To lead residential plumbing installation projects with precision, ensuring high-quality workmanship, team coordination, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all codes and safety standards.

Expectations:

• Install water heaters, water filtration systems, piping, fixtures, and complete residential plumbing systems according to specifications and codes.
• Lead a team of installers and apprentices, providing mentorship and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
• Inspect work for compliance with local, state, and federal residential plumbing regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the project.
• Ensure timely completion of residential installations with high standards of craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.
• Support and train apprentices and junior team members to build skills and company strength.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 24 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clear a background check.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential plumbing installation experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing codes, systems, and installation best practices.
• Ability to manage a team and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
