Purpose Statement

Extra-curricular activities are an important extension of the student experience. The Band Specialist � Color Guard supports the Band Director in providing a high-quality program that promotes student growth, teamwork, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Band Director with the needs of the color guard and band ensembles
• Support rehearsals, performances, and related activities
• Help promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
• Model appropriate behavior and encourage student engagement and skill development

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credit hours
• Experience and/or training in musical fine arts or color guard preferred
