Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Siebel / AIA / WebLogic Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications running on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform, Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA), and Oracle WebLogic middleware stack. The role involves production support, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployments, and integration support in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Siebel Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
• Manage Siebel Servers, Gateway, Enterprise Servers, and Web Server extensions (SWSE).
• Perform patching, upgrades, and environment cloning.
• Troubleshoot Siebel performance, connectivity, and application issues.
• Manage Siebel components, tasks, and server parameters.
• Support Siebel deployments and repository migrations.

Oracle AIA / Integration Support

• Manage and support Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) services.
• Troubleshoot integration failures between Siebel and external systems.
• Monitor BPEL, OSB, and SOA composite services.
• Support message flows, service orchestration, and integration layers.
• Work with development teams for service deployments and fixes.

WebLogic Middleware Administration

• Administer Oracle WebLogic domains and clusters.
• Monitor Managed Servers, Admin Servers, and Node Manager.
• Perform deployment of EAR/WAR applications.
• Configure JMS, JDBC, Data Sources, and connection pools.
• Handle WebLogic performance tuning and capacity management.
• Troubleshoot server crashes, memory issues, and thread dumps.

Production Support

• Provide L2/L3 production support in a 24x7 environment.
• Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration.
• Monitor application health using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Work with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infra, Network, Dev teams) to resolve issues.

Automation & Operations

• Automate routine tasks using Shell/Python scripting.
• Create health checks, monitoring alerts, and proactive maintenance scripts.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Participate in DR drills and environment readiness activities.

• Experience in production support environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Application, Middleware, and Integration layers

• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite / OSB
• Exposure to OCI / Cloud environments
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Automation using Ansible / Python

Soft Skills

• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
