Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of plant infrastructure supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. This includes utilities, building systems, and maintenance programs that ensure safe and reliable facility operations. This role will oversee the site’s EH&S and security programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facility maintenance and infrastructure systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, and building systems.
  • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maintain reliability of plant utilities and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate capital improvement projects for facility upgrades and expansions.
  • Manage outside contractors and service vendors performing building maintenance and construction work.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to support production uptime and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing industrial facilities or plant maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Direct responsibility for plant utility systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, chillers, vacuum, etc.).
  • Experience leading maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Track record of maintaining high uptime of facility infrastructure supporting production.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute facility improvement and capital projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
