Provide support to Support Coordination & Case Management services to adults and children with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Provide administrative support for community, clinic, and home-based ancillary services in support of implementation of the service plan to individuals and families. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred. Knowledge of developmental disabilities, assessment & service plan development desirable. Must be computer literate. Salary is commensurate with education & experience as it relates to the position.
