Inspired by the infamous life of gangster Al Capone, our 1920s-themed dining room features vintage décor, handcrafted Italian cuisine, and even Capone’s secret vault under a glass floor you can walk across. We serve coal fired pizza, homemade pasta, fresh sandwiches, and unforgettable entrées, all in an atmosphere that brings the Prohibition era to life.

We’re now hiring experienced Servers who are passionate about food, hospitality, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service in a high-energy environment

• Have strong knowledge of the menu, including Italian dishes, pizzas, and beverage pairings

• Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide recommendations and upsell food and drink items

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and guest-ready

• Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service

• Create a memorable experience that reflects the Capone’s brand

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairings preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch customer service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, themed restaurant environment
