WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by supporting a variety of hands-on manufacturing activities.  You will:

  • Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
  • Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
  • Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
  • Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required
