Job Title: IT Engineer


 


Job Descriptions: Maintain existing systems, analyze data, and support cross-functional groups in identifying issues and delivering solutions. Specific duties of the position include the following: Design and develop reliable, intuitive web systems, Windows/Linux applications, and databases to support business needs; Involve in feature delivery: Coding, testing, and documenting based on project requirements; Enhance and maintain existing systems; and Conduct data analysis and support cross-functional groups in identifying issues, analyzing business requirements, and delivering solutions.


 


Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study


 


Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Experience with client-server web application development, including data handling, server-side logic design, and user interface development concepts; Experience with client-side programming, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, as well as server-side programming languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, ASP.NET, or similar languages and frameworks; Experience with web service concepts and structured data formats like XML and JSON; Knowledge of database programming concepts and SQL, including data manipulation and query development; Knowledge of procedural programming, object-oriented programming/design (OOP/OOD), and familiarity with data structures and algorithms; Knowledge of user interface design principles and web/graphic concepts; and Knowledge of computer and information security concepts, including network security, risk management, applied cryptography, and user access control/authentication

Salary Range: $126,256 to $127,000/year.

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $126,256 to $127,000/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.  TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
