Job Description

Job Description:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with OCM professionals to support change initiatives across the organization.
  • Assists in the development and execution of communication plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Participates in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
  • Conducts research and analysis on best practices in change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement.
  • Supports the creation of training materials, presentations, and other resources as needed.
  • Gathers feedback from stakeholders and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, customer-service mindset; comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and curious; able to gather input, synthesize themes, and identify stakeholder impacts.
  • Change agility and growth mindset; open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Proficient with common productivity tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) and able to create clear, professional deliverables.

Education and Experience Requirements:
