The Warehouse Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator - SCC) is responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Aiea location
- The Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly.
- The Coordinator will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results.
- The Coordinator will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges.
- The Coordinator will investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause.
- The Coordinator will have accountability for all Service Metrics.
- Travel: Up to 5% Travel
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.

- High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work
- Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
- Understanding of dashboard reporting tools
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort receiving/providing feedback to others. Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching skills and communication skills
