Job Description
:

PM Group are looking for a CSA Supervisor to work on a Pharma project. The role will be based near Ghent in Belgium.

:
  • Supervise civil and structural works throughout all project phases from design through completion
  • Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with Belgian building codes, pharmaceutical regulations (GMP), and international standards
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Coordinate directly with pharmaceutical client representatives and regulatory bodies
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate construction and design risks
  • Ensure timely delivery of structural milestones and critical path activities
:
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civils, Structural Engineering or Architecture
  • Minimum 8+ years in civil/structural supervision, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical construction
  • Fluent English and

Technical Knowledge

  • Pharmaceutical facility design requirements
  • GMP compliance in construction
  • Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software
