PM Group are looking for a CSA Supervisor to work on a Pharma project. The role will be based near Ghent in Belgium.
:- Supervise civil and structural works throughout all project phases from design through completion
- Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Belgian building codes, pharmaceutical regulations (GMP), and international standards
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
- Coordinate directly with pharmaceutical client representatives and regulatory bodies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate construction and design risks
- Ensure timely delivery of structural milestones and critical path activities
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civils, Structural Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 8+ years in civil/structural supervision, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical construction
- Fluent English and
Technical Knowledge
- Pharmaceutical facility design requirements
- GMP compliance in construction
- Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software
