Job Summary

Oversees campus onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance to support smooth operations and a consistent, positive employee experience. Manages employee records, regulatory requirements, and engagement programs while also handling resident billing, collections, account maintenance, and accounts receivable reporting for the campus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversees execution of the Trilogy Way Onboarding process to ensure a highly engaging and positive new-hire experience.
  • Promotes, manages, and tracks all required and regulatory training programs, apprenticeships, and certifications for campus employees.
  • Manages the Mentor Program, including mentor selection, assignments, engagement, and annual reviews. � Leads and facilitates weekly Employee Engagement Meetings.
  • Serves as a campus advocate for employee experience by acting as a Thrive subject matter expert, promoting company recognition programs and events, and championing Benefits, Wellness, and DEIB initiatives.
  • Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintains employee files in accordance with company standards and regulations. � Ensures licenses, certifications, and vaccination compliance for required employee positions.
  • Manages set-up and maintenance of resident files per company standards.
  • Creates new resident accounts and maintains census records in the Accounts Receivable (AR) system for accurate billing.
  • Completes month-end billing processes for all payer classes following the monthly AR calendar.
  • Posts cash receipts daily, ensuring they are applied to the correct resident accounts.
  • Reconciles daily cash receipts with monthly deposit log and submits required documentation to the Home Office at month end close.
  • Maintains resident trust accounts including deposits, payments, monthly reconciliations, interest allocation, and trust statement issuance
  • Monitors and collects accounts receivable and prepares monthly reports for quarterly AR reviews with the Executive Director and Business Office Support.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of daily and weekly Key Statistics Reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School / GED

Experience: 1-3 years

Licenses and Certifications

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience and knowledge.
  • Two years' experience in human resources and/or payroll, preferably in healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy, or long-term care environment.
  • Medicare/Medicaid billing experience in long-term care preferred.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
