Role Summary

We are looking for a German speaking junior candidate with experience in logistics who will execute daily transport related operations for one of Samsung SDS’s key customers! Are you interested?

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations & Order Management

• Manage daily transport planning, customer appointments, and shipping execution to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and return processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Verify shipment documentation to prevent delays and ensure compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and logistics partners, delivering high service standards
• Resolve operational issues, investigate exceptions, and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and delivery performance

Distribution & Warehouse Planning

• Coordinate daily and weekly distribution plans with logistics providers and stakeholders
• Adapt plans to meet changing business needs and customer requirements
• Handle ad hoc requests to support sales subsidiaries and customer satisfaction

Reporting & Performance Optimization

• Monitor and analyze daily logistics reports and order flow
• Provide clear, timely updates to management and stakeholders on order status and performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve delivery efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• MBO Level 4 or HBO (starter) / Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in Business English (written & spoken)
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve
• Assertive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
