The Advice Portfolio Construction team, a key component of the PAS (Personal Advisor Services) offering, is seeking a Application Tech Lead TL I for team Trailblazer. This role is central to the development and evolution of our sophisticated rebalance technology—powered by Vanguard’s proprietary Advice Methodology—that helps clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

About the Role

As the Technical Lead of team Trailblazers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical architecture and direction of our Portfolio Construction platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive innovation, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Influence technical strategy and architecture for the Portfolio Construction domain
• Partner with business and investment management leaders to align technology with strategic goals
• Provide thought leadership and technical guidance across the PAS program
• Mentor and coach engineers , fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Influence and contribute to enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Participate in business technology planning and program management to ensure optimal solution delivery
