The Team Lead CNA responsibilities include:

• Work as a caregiver providing cares for our residents
• Help foster a positive environment
• Helping with scheduling on your shift
• Help complete 14-30-90-day work performance reviews
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training

Requirements

Team Lead Caregiver Qualifications:

• Desire to help and care for others
• Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Currently a certified med passer
