Job Description

Salary Range: $20.34 - $22.60

Essential Functions:

  • Cleans and maintains floors and walls in designated food service areas.
  • Cleans and sanitizes the entire kitchen area.
  • Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
  • Consistently adheres to RWC information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
  • Maintains inspection readiness always.
  • Uses and maintains equipment per manufacturer and department guidelines.
  • Report all issues or maintenance defects to the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Organizational skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail

 

Knowledge/Work Experience:  

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • One (1) year experience in related field
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission
