Job Description

We have an opening for a Part Time Golf Club Technician to perform club repairs and modifications. Basic club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities:

  • Regripping, lie and loft adjustments 
  • Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion 
  • Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications 
  • Verify all repair orders for accuracy
  • Maintain an orderly workstation 
  • Monitor inventory

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
  • 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
  • Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights.
  • Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles. 
  • High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets. 
  • Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
  • Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

      Compensation:

      • $30 - $35 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
