Parts Back Counterperson Job Responsibilities





  • Assist service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts



  • Accurately process parts requests, invoices, and repair orders

  • Maintain proper inventory control and organization

  • Coordinate parts availability and special orders

  • Handle returns, shortages, and warranty parts as needed

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians

  • Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
