Summary of the role:
Integration Consulting Senior Specialist supports customers in the simple and complex cases of Amadeus products and solutions integration by executing implementation services of Amadeus products or leading integration activities of more complex solutions, ensuring successful adoption and business value of Amadeus solutions. Integration Consulting Senior Specialist also helps to define, improve or automate implementation services as part of Service Design activities, as well as contribute to transversal projects and initiatives.
- He/She is part of different implementation crews covering new implementations, setup modifications and uninstall services for various portfolio of Amadeus products and different segments of Travel Sellers (strategic, high-potential, large, SMEs)
- He/She is accountable for quality and quantity of delivered services and follows operational level agreements (OLAs) to deliver services on time and ensure customer satisfaction
- He/She is closely collaborating with other stakeholders requesting implementation services (i.e. Delivery Management) as well as supporting commercial organizations by performing demos or participating in pre-sales or consultancy activities
- He/She contributes to different projects set by management including product migrations, product decommissioning or automation / efficiency / AI projects
- As Service Designer he/she is accountable for certain services and collaborates with other stakeholders (Engineering, Go-To-Market) to make sure all impact on implementation service is assessed properly and services updated accordingly.
In this role you will :
- Execute Implementation / integration activities during the implementation projects, establish and/or manage the product/solution integration schedule. Participate in meetings with customers to perform product admin sessions. Provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management
- Provide expert advice / consulting to customers for their cross-functional integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for various types of cases (medium, complex and most complex)
- Provide technical and / or functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration projects, collaborating with other colleagues in the team, seeking solutions independently
- Autonomously support the commercial organization and/or Delivery Management in the most complex integration cases. Activities include performing product demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing tailored integration solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Participates in and contributes in different projects at Implementation Team level or Transversal level including product migrations, product decommissioning, efficiency / automation / AI initiatives that improve performance of the team.
- As Service Designer) review engineering epics and assess impact on implementation processes, ensure submission of technical / functional requirements or change proposals (CPR) to Product Management to improve integration processes, propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement, identify & recommend Internal tools/techniques for further process automation
We expect from you:
- Experience in travel industry, very good understanding of Travel Sellers ecosystem and Travel Sellers process flows (is a must)
- Solid functional / technical knowledge of Amadeus products offered to Travel Sellers like NDC, Sell Connect, Robotics, Printing solutions (nice to have)
- Very good technical knowledge of IT systems or experience in software industry on integration of products (nice to have)
- Fluency in English
- Strong customer focus and KPI driven
- Great communication skills
- Flexibility and proactivity
