UGC / Influencer Manager (Creative Scale + Brand Trust Layer)

Core Role:

Build and scale a structured UGC + influencer system to improve brand trust, diversify creative output, and reduce over-reliance on AI-generated ads.

Context / Problem to Solve:
  • Currently ~80–90% of creatives are AI-based.
  • This creates:
    • Potential sustainability risks (platform rejections, fatigue).
    • Weaker brand trust and recognition.
  • UGC pipeline is manual and limited (no systems, tools, or scale).

Goal:

Shift toward a balanced creative ecosystem (~50% UGC / 50% AI) while increasing overall creative volume and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a scalable UGC pipeline (creators, influencers, affiliates).
  • Improve and manage current UGC workflow (UGC coordinator reports into this role).
  • Transition sourcing from manual outreach → tool-driven / systemized approach.
  • Develop a reliable creator network for consistent content output.
  • Coordinate with CS team to ensure fast script → creator → asset turnaround.
  • Ensure UGC content is:
    • Aligned with performance angles.
    • Usable for paid ads (not just organic content).
  • Increase speed of execution (faster turnaround from concept to asset).
  • Work with media buyers + CS to feed high-performing UGC into paid channels.
  • Test different creator types, formats, and hooks for scalability.

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or affiliate systems.
  • Familiar with creator sourcing tools, CRMs, or automation workflows.
  • Understands how to produce UGC that converts (direct response, not just aesthetic).
  • Experience managing creator relationships and deliverables at scale.
  • Ability to build and optimize systems, not just execute manually.
  • Strong sense of content quality, hooks, and messaging.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS and media buying teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in affiliate programs or PR partnerships.

Objective:

Build a UGC engine that:
  • Balances AI-heavy creative output.
  • Improves brand trust and authenticity.
  • Increases creative volume and speed.
  • Directly contributes to better ad performance and scalable spend.
