POSITION SUMMARY



As a Messina Hof Harvest Green Server Assistant, you will be responsible for running food to appropriate tables, assisting servers with bussing tables, rolling silverware and more.  You will need to be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  You should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve excellent customer service at all time.

Essential Functions Statement(s)




  • Expedite food to appropriate tables in a timely manner

  • Clear tables of dirty plates, utensils, and glassware

  • Prepare tables for new customers by wiping down tables, sweeping around and underneath the tables and setting napkins and condiments

  • Roll utensils in napkins accordingly

  • Respond to customer requests

  • Ensure the server stations are adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies

  • Perform other duties as required including assisting other departments as needed
