Job Description

Role Description

1.Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify target regions and demographics for international student recruitment.

· Analyses trends and competitor activities in the overseas education sector.

2. Business Development:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve enrolment targets.

· Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and relevant organizations.

3. Relationship Building:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with international educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.

· Collaborate with academic departments to create appealing programs for international students.

4. Recruitment Strategy:

· Develop and execute effective strategies for student recruitment, including online and offline channels.

· Implement marketing campaigns to promote educational programs to the target audience.

5. Admissions Process:

· Oversee the admissions process for international students, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

· Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrolment process.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to international student recruitment.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student admissions and visa processes.

7. Financial Management:

· Develop and manage budgets for international student recruitment activities.

· Monitor and report on the financial performance of overseas education programs.

8. Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, admissions, and academic departments, to achieve common goals.

· Provide training and support to staff involved in international student recruitment.

9. Reporting:

· Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international student recruitment.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Adept at problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the immigration or education industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
