Tully�s Good Times is currently looking for fun and energetic Kitchen Team Members Tully�s Campus located @Binghamton University. Tully�s Campus is a quick service eatery located in the Student Union @Binghamton University. We are looking for both students and non- students to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant.
• Work Quickly and Efficiently
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Maintain proper Quality Parameters
• Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures
• Reading a Prep Sheet
• Following recipes specifications
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator/freezer clean and organized
• Using the equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Adhere to all food and plate specifications
• Staying organized and stocked
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Job Qualifications

• Open availability and flexibility are a must � ability to work any shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 80 lbs. and work in a confined area with elevated temperatures.
