Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a reliable and professional Overnight Valet Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional valet services during overnight hours, ensuring the safety and security of guests' vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous valet parking services to guests during overnight shifts.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the valet area and parking lot.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
- Operate valet equipment and maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and tickets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety and hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an overnight valet attendant or similar role preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
