What You’ll Do:
As a Caregiver, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate and complete services plans, records and files for each resident.
- Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
- Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified or Uncertified Caregivers with a heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
- 1+ years of experience as a caregiver in a senior living or related industry role (preferred).
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
