The 1LMX Finance Applications Team is hiring a Sr ERP Business Analyst to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the ERP system and processes, specifically in the Cognitus Incurred Cost Claim (ICC) arena.

Your Mission:
In this role, you will work across multiple project teams to optimize end-to-end processes.

You will provide the following capability to the project team:
• Analyzing financial business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability
• Providing clearly defined solutions supporting Incurred Cost Claim for configuration of Cognitus and supporting business processes
• Performing gap analysis and system re-engineering of ICC activities
• Participating and leading in blueprinting, configuration, testing and production support

You will be responsible for system design, development, configuration, spec generation, unit testing, and operational assessment readiness; scrum master tasks; and the following:
• Authoring functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, interfaces, reports, and custom transactions
• Performing configuration tasks within the Cognitus tool
• Conducting unit testing, integration testing, documentation and training of the end user community

Basic Qualifications

• Significant understanding of the ICC business processes
• Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
• Experience working with developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
• Experience facilitating data driven decisions
• Ability to apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost
• Experience providing technical leadership to teams delivering solutions through the full software lifecycle
• Established program management skills (traditional and/or agile) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance
• Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
• Experience with SAP Implementations
• US citizenship required due to system access

Desired skills

• Experience with Cognitus Incurred Cost Claim (ICC) functionality
• Experience supporting full life cycle implementation, which includes Gap Analysis, Requirements gathering, Spec generation, Blueprinting, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support.
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems.
• Formal Agile project management experience or certifications including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent portfolio management practices
• Demonstrated ability to implement transformational projects, leveraging best practices and sharing assets
• Effective communication and facilitation skills - ability to converse technically and functionally.

Work Schedule Information

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
