Job Title:Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer

Updated JD:
Lead the design, configuration, and development of CRMA (CRM Analytics) solutions aligned with business requirements
Perform in-depth technical analysis for data sourcing, KPI definition, and dashboard/visualization design
Advise on analytics architecture, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to leading practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to support testing, iterative refinement, and release readiness in line with client governance processes

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) solutions, focusing on building recipes, reports, dashboards, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom reports and insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance of CRM Analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and business users on CRM Analytics tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data models, with familiarity in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) being a plus.
• Proficiency in creating complex SAQL/SQL queries and implementing data transformations.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant) are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other Salesforce tools and integration patterns.
• Background in data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
