We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) solutions, focusing on building recipes, reports, dashboards, and providing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom reports and insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance of CRM Analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and business users on CRM Analytics tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features and enhancements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data models, with familiarity in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) being a plus.
• Proficiency in creating complex SAQL/SQL queries and implementing data transformations.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant) are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other Salesforce tools and integration patterns.
• Background in data visualization and storytelling through dashboards.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
