Audio Visual-Unified Communications L3
Location: New York City, NY
Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.
- Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub)
- UC infrastructure (Ring Central)
- Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types, routing, and cabling, including Production devices i.e. Ross,Blackbox, Dante, Matrox.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Well versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10, Macintosh and Office 365) Collaboration technologies (WebEx, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Server Technologies and Network Technologies.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
